This is Kasumi’s favourite photo. The two of us are framed against a background of cherry blossoms.

We took over 50 posed-photos on the day, but only bought three. It was heaps of fun and I think Kasumi looks absolutely gorgeous.

She said we were going on a “LOVE trip” and I had absolutely noooo idea where we were going. I was a bit sulky in the morning because I thought she was joking and we were actually going to uni and/or the library. But out of the house we got, and caught the train down to Kure-portopia. It’s an interesting place, mainly because it is the remnants of a failed theme park. The park itself is kept immaculate and you can see heaps of people cleaning. The photo below is a stylised image of what the park used to be like.

As the title of this post suggests, WE GOT TO DRESS UP IN KIMONO’s!!!! Kasumi dressed up in this beautiful pink kimono, and I got dressed up in a black one. And then we got pictures taken of us. It was so awesome. Kasumi looked sooooooo beautiful!! I was really touched and well, smitten.

This is a copy of the proofs they gave us. Naturally, they charge an arm and leg for prints, and we only bought three of them (they’re the circled ones), and we should get them in a few weeks. They’re our favourites and they look awesome. They’ll get put up here when we get them. It was awesome and a memory I definitely won’t forget. My thanks to Kasumi for giving me one of the most awesomest birthday presents ever!!!
